Quentin "Pete" Peterson is the co-founder of the Caleb Challenge non-profit organization and provides executive leadership coaching and life coaching and mentoring as God provides the opportunity. Following Caleb Challenge workshops, Pete and the team provide individual and group coaching, supporting participants in maintaining momentum in their transition process. Additionally, Pete is certified as both a Leadership and Life Coach from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute and coaches both military and civilian leaders in military, for-profit, and not-for-profit organizations.

Pete served as an officer and pilot in the Air Force from 1973 to 2007. He accumulated over 4,100 flight hours in a variety of trainer and mobility aircraft and held staff assignments at the Pentagon, U.S. Transportation Command, and Air Mobility Command Headquarters. Pete commanded a military airlift squadron, an operations group and an air mobility wing.

Following his military career, from 2008 to 2016, Pete supported Air Mobility and Training programs as a Strategic Planner and Analyst at the Fort Worth headquarters of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.

Pete earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1973, an M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford University in 1981, and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership (Coaching concentration) from Regent University in 2018.

Pete is married to Pam, for over 46 years now, and they have three grown children and eight grandchildren. He enjoys golf and serves as an elder and Bible Study leader at Crossroads Bible Church in Double Oak, TX.
